The Jefferson C-123 School District was award a grant of seventy books in May, 2013.  Fiction, non-fiction, and biography books were selected to enhance our collection of books.  The selections included popular authors like Gary Paulsen, Cynthia Rylant, David Shannon, and Roland Smith to name a few.  


This award was a matching grant; Jefferson Parent/Teacher Organization and the Jefferson Education Foundation each contributed $175 as our school match for this project.  Thanks to the generosity of these two organizations, our third of the match was achieved.
